This course is designed to equip students with the skills needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving world of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design. With a focus on industry standards and cutting-edge technology, students explore the intersection of design, technology, and AI. Through a multidisciplinary approach, they gain a comprehensive understanding of principles, processes, and tools for creating intuitive digital experiences. Students learn to develop interfaces that integrate seamlessly with user experiences, considering usability, accessibility, and aesthetics. They explore emerging trends in UI/UX design, such as AR, VR, and VUI. Through collaborative projects and hands-on activities, students apply their knowledge in practical settings. AI implementation in UI/UX design is a strong focus, examining how AI enhances user experiences by personalizing interactions, predicting behavior, and automating tasks. Ethical considerations and societal impact of AI in design are also explored.
