The Fundamentals of Management course focuses on the functional areas of managing–planning, organizing, leading, motivating and controlling. As a foundation course, these functional areas provide a breadth of knowledge for all types of organizations–business, non-profits, academic, and government. Integrated throughout the management concepts is an examination of ethical issues. Global management is examined.
