This course will prepare students to function in public schools that serve our diverse student populations. Students will examine rights and responsibilities of teachers, students, and administrators, cultural diversity, and methods of teaching special populations. (Required for teacher certification)

Prerequisites: Admission to the Teacher Education Program and junior standing.
